Vinyasa yoga, also known as “flow yoga,” is a fluid practice that links breath to movement. Sequences are often creative and vary depending on the teacher. Vinyasa yoga helps reduce stress and enhance focus. Over time, it improves cardiovascular health, circulation, metabolism, flexibility, mobility, balance, and coordination. Homebody Yoga House offers vinyasa flow classes for all-levels, and for those aiming to take their practice to the next level.

Our slow flow classes are a—you guessed it—slowed down version of our vinyasa flow classes. You’ll be given more time to explore shapes while connecting to your breath and finding a connection between mind and body. These classes allow you to feel your way through transitions and explore muscle engagement that supports healthy alignment. Think slow, but strong.

Yin & Restore combines elements from both yin and restorative yoga, giving you the chance to tailor the practice to whatever you’re needing. You will have several props and a lot of guidance to support you along the way. This class is done entirely from the floor, meaning you will not do any standing or balancing postures. Poses are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes, with some shorter holds and transitions in between. You will also explore self-myofascial release techniques to help improve pain and function. We do this using different props and tools, such as tennis balls, blankets, and blocks, to target different trigger points (tender spots) in the body.
-
A gentle, floor-based class designed to help you unwind and feel better in your body. This class begins with a simple series of full-body stretches to warm up, move through areas of tension, and bring awareness to where you might be holding stress. From there, you’ll settle into a small number of supported restorative poses using props, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to downshift. This class is perfect if you’re looking for relief from stress or anxiety, or if you enjoy restorative yoga but want a bit more movement before settling in.

Experience the best of both world’s in this class. Spend the first half building heat through a vinyasa flow practice. Then, cool things down with a yin & restore practice including myofascial release. Students love this combination. It’s especially suited for those who struggle to slow down in a purely restorative-based class, or who want both strength and softness in a single session.
-
A slow, intentional practice rooted in breath, alignment, and body awareness. This hatha-style class focuses on the foundations of yoga, moving through simple postures with clear instruction and space to pause. Expect a blend of steady strengthening, balance work, and nourishing stretches designed to build confidence while releasing tension. Great for those who are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply seeking a supportive way to move.
-
This class combines a combination of seated, standing, and lying down postures with self-myofascial release techniques. Students are encouraged to bring a beverage of some kind (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Sip, Stretch, and Release is one of Homebody’s most popular classes due to its casual vibe and playful atmosphere.
Our strength classes
Homebody Yoga House is, at its core, a yoga studio. However, there are a few classes we suggest checking out if you are wanting something more fitness-based.
