Yoga Teacher
Sara Haynes
Sara completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2026 with Arctic Hive in Alaska’s Brooks Range. She has practiced yoga in various forms since her early 20s, but it became a regular part of her life in her early 40s as she worked through injuries from trying to stay as active as she had been before. Yoga helped her focus on what her body can do rather than what it cannot. She’s taken that mindset into her vinyasa sequences, meant to energize, strengthen, and revitalize the body and mind.
